The PPP project A7 includes the operation and maintenance of a 60 km routemotorway. Since 2017, 10 rest areas/parking lots, 10 connecting points, 8 rain retention basins, 72 bridges, 117 traffic sign bridges, 1 tunnel, 100 noise barriers and 30 retaining walls have been built on the route.In a higher-level management model, cross-project and standardized data from different data sources should be checked and evaluated, e.g. Data from the document management system or events from the implemented mobile processes for quality assurance.

As a part of the project A7, data from various authoring systems are linked into a common data integration platform. The data is visualized and analyzed using a 3D model and business intelligence software. A bidirectional connection of the 3D model and alphanumeric data supports the analysis of the data. ViCon uses a higher-level management model (3D BIS), which is standardized across projects in model building blocks and Project Breakdown Structure (PBS). Speed of modeling, quality assurance, transferability of use cases and cross-project benchmarks are advantages of this standardization.
