The implementation strategy fleshes out the requirements defined in the master plan and describes the federal government's plan to gradually implement the BIM methodology at the level of the various administrative levels involved in federal construction.

We at HOCHTIEF ViCon have been working together with our partners in the ARGE BIM4Bundesbauten since 2021 to develop the implementation strategy "BIM for Federal Buildings" as well as the working aids of the BIM manual in cooperation with the Office of Federal Construction, representatives of the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Construction.

With the publication of the implementation strategy and first working aids, we have now reached a major milestone! It contains concepts of the implementation strategy regarding roles, lifecycle implementation, etc., but also a number of working aids on sample AIA and BAP, LOIN concept, role profiles, job requirements and a software overview.
