From May 2017, the successful BIM Professional course will also be featured at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). After the Ruhr University of Bochum, the acclaimed TUM is the second University in Germany to integrate the BIM Professional course into their range of services.
The concept was developed in close collaboration between HOCHTIEF ViCon, Ruhr University of Bochum, TUM School of Management and Leonhard Obermeyer Center. It is directed towards engineers and architects from all service phases in the areas of buildings, civil engineering and infrastructure.
The TUM will offer the course in two one-week-modules. The course will cover the areas of technology, processes, human resources and guidelines and will teach the participants how projects can be rendered more efficiently with BIM, based on proven methods and tools. The interactive cooperation with Germany’s BIM-experts who conduct corresponding modules, assures a high level of practical relevance. A certificate from the TUM School of Management attests the successful participation of the course and the participants' competencies in Building Information Modeling. All participating partners guarantee high quality of the BIM Professional course. The TUM ranks among the best universities in Europe providing pioneering efforts in research and teaching, interdisciplinarity and talent management. As Germany’s most experienced BIM Consultant HOCHTIEF ViCon imparts first-class practical knowledge and implementation competence from 450 BIM-projects worldwide.
