Brief description:
During the design/ planning and construction phase, information required for
a building's subsequent operation is collected on a continuous basis. ViCon
enables this data to be pooled and made available for early-stage facility
management, thus making it possible to carry out relevant calculations and cost
estimates while construction work is still going on. The 4d model provides
the basis for the consistent use of the collected information.

construction and operation process. Generating data just once, ready for
constant reuse and for further enhancement during a building's life cycle,
