A version check ensures that only up-to-date documents are made available for processing. The product offers integrated task management, making for easy tracking of the activities required.

If everyone involved has access to a central platform, this minimises the work that would otherwise be required for the distribution of documents. It also virtually excludes the possibility of processing the wrong documents and avoids redundant data storage and back-up.
